Jennifer Munson


Jennifer has been with the City of Portland's Planning Division for over 25 years.  She began her career as a Secretary in 1988, advancing to Office Assistant and then to her current position as Office Manager.  In addition to assisting customers inquiring about potential or current development within the City, she provides administrative support for all Planning and Historic Preservation staff.  Jennifer also handles the preparation of materials for the Planning Board, Historic Preservation Board and Public Art Committee meetings.  Jennifer's organizational skills and attention to detail are essential in complying with strict State and local noticing requirements for all Board meetings.  If you have a question about the status of a project, Jennifer will likely have your answer.
