To Residents and Property Owners: The Portland Historic Preservation Board will hold a REMOTE public hearing to consider a certificate of appropriateness by Lori Price for exterior and site alterations at 130A Park Street. Public comments will be taken at this meeting and written comments should be submitted to hp@portlandmaine.gov

EASTERN PROMENADE HISTORIC LANDSCAPE DISTRICT

To Residents and Property Owners: The Portland Historic Preservation Board will hold a REMOTE public hearing to consider a certificate of appropriateness by the City of Portland’s Parks and Recreation Department for site improvements in the vicinity of the Eastern Prom Historic Landscape District. Public comments will be taken at this meeting and written comments should be submitted to hp@portlandmaine.gov.

UPDATE:  This review will be preceded by a SITE VISIT on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at 5:00 pm. The site visit will convene at Cleeve Monument. (This site visit was originally scheduled for July 30th but has since been postponed to August 4th.)
