DEERING AND FOREST AVENUE STRUCTURES CONSIDERED FOR DESIGNATION

To Residents and Property Owners: The Portland Historic Preservation Board will hold a workshop for preliminary review of formal nomination of the following Forest Avenue and Deering Avenue structures for designation under the provisions of Article IX of the Land Use Code (Historic Preservation ordinance).   Workshop to include consideration of potential ordinance amendments which would create a Multiple Property Designation category.

To Residents and Property Owners: The Historic Preservation Board will hold a workshop to consider a plan by Barrett Made for Proposed New Construction at 24 Mountfort Street. The Board's review is advisory. The workshop is an opportunity for the applicant to present a plan to the Board in an informal session which is open to the public. Public comments will be taken at this meeting and written comments should be submitted to hp@portlandmaine.gov

The WORKSHOP will be held:
