Application Deadlines

Application Deadlines for Historic Preservation Board Review

The Historic Preservation Board meets on the first and third Wednesday of each month (except where national holidays require a change in schedule.) Meetings generally begin at 5 p.m. and are held in Room 209 of City Hall. Please confirm meeting time and location before your meeting, as unforeseen changes may occur.

In order for your proposal to be scheduled for a Historic Preservation Board meeting, a complete application must be applied for through our Customer Self Service Portal, plans and documents uploaded into e-plan and the application fee paid in full by the Planning Division at least 2 weeks in advance of the desired meeting.

Once the application has been submitted, an e-mail will be sent to the "bill to" contact person with instruction on how to make payment.  An e-mail will also be sent to the "e-plan" contact person with instructions on how to upload documents and plans into e-plan.  Once these steps have been completed, the item will be scheduled.  Applications received after the deadline will be considered for a subsequent meeting.
