To submit written public comment on an agenda item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Submissions must be received by 12:00 PM the day of the Council meeting to guarantee their inclusion in the agenda packet. All submissions must include the commenter's name and legal address. To help ensure your comment is submitted for the correct item, please include the order number whenever possible.

The City Council adopted a Remote Participation Policy on July 19, 2021 in accordance with State law and the requirements of 1 M.R.S. section 403-B. Zoom log-in info can be found below within each Council or Committee agenda. City Council and Council Committee meetings are also live-streamed on our Town Hall Streams page without logging into Zoom. If you wish to participate in public comment, you must log in via Zoom. Recordings of these meetings and most other boards and commissions are also posted on Town Hall Streams after the meeting.
