5/24/2012 - The following locations have been established as voting places within the City:

All polling places are accessible to those in wheelchairs. Alternate voting place, accessible to elderly and voters with disabilities residing within any voting district of the City, is available at the following location:

Office of the City Clerk
City Hall, 389 Congress Street

Office hours of the City Clerk/Registrar are Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to
4:30 P.M. for any resident wishing to register to vote, change voter registration or absentee vote.

Due to recent changes in the State Law, 21-A 753 B (1) we will no longer be conducting voting the Saturday prior to Election Day. The Clerk’s office will have extended hours on Thursday June 7, 2012 until 8:00 P.M., in order to accommodate voters that are not able to come to the office during regular business hours. This will be the last day to request an absentee ballot or to vote in person at the City Clerks’ office. You can contact the City Clerk’s office at 874-8677 if you have any questions.

Residents registering to vote at their polling place on Election Day must provide proof of identity and residency.
