Read Street Neighborhood Traffic Calming Meeting- Tuesday, June 30, 2009 (6/19/2009)
The City of Portland Department of Public Services will be holding a neighborhood meeting on Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. at Cheverus High School Library for the purpose of discussing traffic calming on Read Street.

E-card Changes at Riverside Recycling Facility (6/16/2009)
Beginning July 1, 2009, there will be changes to the City e-card program at Riverside Recycling Facility. These include:
* E-card holders will have free disposal of up to 10 bulky items per year such as furniture, non-freon appliances, mattresses and box springs, gas grills and outdoor equipment as well as limited quantites of yard waste and hazardous waste

Traffic Advisory - Read Street Closure starting March 11, 2009 (3/6/2009)

R.J. Grondin will be starting sewer seperation work this week. They will be blasting and installing new storm and sewer pipe. The Ray Street sewer seperation project will also involve Maine and Florida Avenue.
