The Cumberland County HOME Consortium, a partnership between the City of Portland and the Communities of Cumberland County offer housing programs to:

Our focus is providing decent, safe and affordable housing for low and moderate income residents of Cumberland County.

A wide range of people benefit from these services, including senior citizens who need new furnaces and other repairs to remain in their homes; the single mom purchasing her first home; the family just starting out in need of an affordable apartment to rent; and the handicapped individual in need of an affordable and accessible home.
