Items you will need before getting started:
If your vehicle has been towed or immobilized (booted), you must pay in person at City Hall, 389 Congress Street, Treasury Division, room 102 or by credit card over the phone (874-8860). Treasury hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 4:30 pm with the exception of Thursdays they are open until 7:00 pm. After hours, weekends and holidays please go to the Police Department, Information Desk, 109 Middle Street (874-8517) where payments may be made in cash only.
Notice: If you are paying a parking ticket either online or in person at City Hall, There is a delay of two business days to process the payment and update the parking violation records.
The City shall not accept any responsibility for errors made by persons paying tickets online.
