Swine Flu Information for Health Care Providers

If you are a provider with a clinical question, send your inquires to disease.reporting@maine.gov, these emails will be screened throughout the day by the on call epidemiologist.  You can also call the Maine CDC Disease Reporting Hotline at 1-800-821-5821.
