Who are we?
--PCFC is a primary care medical clinic.
--The Clinic is a partnership between volunteers, Mercy Hospital, and the City of Portland.

What services do we offer?
--Scheduled appointments for regular doctor visits
--Scheduled appointments for some specialty doctor visits
--Help with getting medicine
--There are NO walk-in clinics!

Mon-Thurs. 8:30-5PM
Clinic hours:
Monday – Wednesday 6-8pm and Thursday from 1-3PM and 6-8PM

How much will it cost you?
--All Clinic visits are free.
--You may be asked to contribute money for your medicine.
--All patients are required to apply for the Mercy card.
--PCFC works with Mercy Hospital to provide services that we do not offer at the clinic.
-The cost for services provided at a Mercy site may be free or may cost $10-$50 depending on the service and client’s income.

We need: MDs, NPs, RNs, and receptionists.
