Motion was made by Councilor Mavodones and seconded by Councilor Donoghue for passage of the liquor license. Passage 7-0.

 

Motion was made by Councilor Marshall and seconded by Councilor Skolnik to refer the entertainment license ordinance to public safety. Withdrawn.

 

Motion was made by Councilor Anton and seconded by Councilor Donoghue to ask the Public Safety Committee and the Planning Board to look at the 100 foot dispersal provision in the ordinance. Passage 7-0.
