How do I get my results?
Although some preliminary results should be available on the day that you are seen, full and conclusive HIV/STD test results are usually available one week after the test date. These results can best be obtained over the phone and our counselors will be happy to answer any questions you may have. When you come in for testing you will be given a pamphlet with a dedicated phone number, and a confidential identification number. The results desk is staffed between 2:00-3:00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. At any other time you can leave a message in the dedicated voice mailbox and one of the counselors will return your call once your results are available.

Hepatitis C results may take up to two weeks following the date of the test. These results can also be obtained over the phone.
