To Residents and Property Owners: The Portland Historic Preservation Board will hold a workshop for preliminary review of formal nomination of the following Forest Avenue and Deering Avenue structures for designation under the provisions of Article IX of the Land Use Code (Historic Preservation ordinance). Workshop to include consideration of potential ordinance amendments which would create a Multiple Property Designation category.
