The Article in Chapter 17 named Access to Reproductive Health Care Facilities, formerly found in sections 17-108 to 17-112, has been repealed. Passed as an Emergency in order that it take effect immediately, the action repealed the ordinance that created what is known as a buffer zone outside a reproductive health care facility. City Council action followed upon the United States Supreme Court decision, McCullen v. Coakley, issued on 6-26-2014.
