No Parking Bans In Effect, But Emergency No Parking in Effect in Certain Areas for Snow Removal

There are no parking bans in effect in the City of Portland at this time, however, the Department of Public Works is utilizing red and green emergency no parking signs for snow removal work on streets that have been identified as too narrow. Please be on the lookout for these signs and adhere to them as long as they are up. Also, please do not leave your car parked on the street for more than 12 hours at a time as crews will be posting new emergency no parking signs throughout the weekend as they continue to remove snow and widen streets. Last night and tonight, crews are focused on Munjoy Hill. They will make their way around the city in the days to come. If you need to find parking, you can park in snow ban lots even though there isn't a parking ban. For garages, please check with each garage.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience as crews continue to work around the clock to remove snow.
