Midtown Development

The 3.5 acres site is bounded by Somerset Street, Elm Street, the Bayside Trail and the extension of Pearl Street. The proposal is for 440 residential units in four buildings that are five or six stories over first floor retail space, a seven story parking structure with 802 vehicle spaces, and 90,000 sq. ft. of retail space. The bedroom mix of units includes studios, one and two-bedroom units. The total footprint of the buildings is 121,400 sq. ft. with a total floor area of 750,200 sq. ft.
